We. fry. everything.

I loved walking into the house after school to the smell of okra in our Fry-Daddy. Perfectly crunchy on the outside, and a delicious serving of okra on the inside. Well, things haven’t changed. I still love fried food. That said, in my pursuit of moderately healthy living (with room for chocolate cake here and there), I’ve learned new tricks to still enjoy that delicious crunch – without the guilt!
