I thought I’d share some quick facts about me today:
Age 22: first back surgery
Age 28: first knee surgery
Age 33: emergency c-section
Through it all, Pilates has been a mainstay for recovery and rehabilitation. Today, I am sharing a great article from VeryWellFit about why Pilates is important in cross training. No matter what exercise you pursue on daily basis, I highly recommend adding this into your routine.
