The Wilson home has grown in size! Thomas and I welcomed our sons, Thomas John III and Raynor Michael on April 17th. Just one month later, our baby girl turned THREE! While the newborn days can feel long and isolating, seeing Hatton grow so quickly reminds me how fleeting this season is. The chaos in our home is real – and we are real grateful.
Without question, this has been one of the hardest transitions of our lives – but also the fullest. I remember writing out my vision and goals several years ago – somehow thinking I wanted four kids. When Hatton showed up, I quickly realized my hands would be gloriously full with her spunk and vibrancy. And I am thankful for God’s beautiful sense of humor in thinking we can really handle three humans. Giving birth in the midst of this unforeseen season has its own challenges, but our incredible friends have shown up to support in spades. We frequently open our front door to find food, gift bags, diapers and cards encouraging us as we go from one kiddo to three. Our village has been phenomenal – even in this unprecedented time.
What a joy to add to our bunch – the quiver is full indeed.
