Surprise! The weather in Wilmington is still awful — but thankfully, we have power, heat and running water – which given what is happening all around us – I am so thankful for. How are you this week? With some of my closest friends and family located in Texas, all areas impacted by these unprecedented storms are heavy on my heart.
We need some happy this weekend, so my little family will be crafting some warm goodies in our little home that each of us can enjoy (and share with our neighbors). Homemade granola is a favorite treat of mine, and when it’s crumbled up, my boys can enjoy it, too! Hatton loves to top her yogurt with cinnamon-flavored granola, while I am a sucker for a grain-free savory option (with just a hint of vanilla). When you craft granola from scratch, the flavor possibilities are endless. This is also an easy snack to make and store, especially for road trips or quick protein options.
Below are three recipes for you to try out this weekend! Which one will you make first?
Stay warm, my friends.
