clarins-fall-2016-4-colour-eyeshadow-palettes-nude-rosewood-brown-review

Tis the season for sparkly shades of violet, deep navies, and beautiful cocoa browns. It’s time to refresh our makeup, friends! In the summer, I often select light lavenders and golds as my go-to eye shadow colors. When the leaves change from green to orange, I know it’s time to add on darker shades and play with contouring options!

My personal steps to easy eyes:

  1. Select a primer or base color for an all over lid option.
  2. Line your eyes with a dark shade of your contouring color. (For example, if you select a violet, consider lining your eyes with chocolate brown or a deep eggplant color).
  3. Add in darker shades on the outer edges of your lid to blend with the liner on the bottom.
  4. Finish with a light pearl, or natural shade in the inside corner of your lid up to the brow for full contour.
