Last week, I shared my journey to the Barre with you. Today, it’s time to talk dress code! Given the movements associated with a barre class, or any activity requiring quick and repetitive movement (think pilates, yoga, and power walking), I recommend wearing a light weight top with “second skin” pants that offer four-way-stretch.
