You may remember from previous posts that I have an affinity for the practice of yoga. This developed into a more consistent and significant part of my life during our time in Vancouver, BC. On the west coast, yoga studios are akin to Starbucks – one on every corner! I had the privilege of visiting several different studios and learning varied styles of practice – all within walking distance of our apartment.


Today, like many of us, I find myself digging online for at-home practices. In my research, I found this article highlighting some of the best online guided practices. While I have many go-to poses to relieve stress and keep myself grounded, I enjoy practicing a longer class and find that some “coaching” helps me do just that.
